Copyright
If something should not be here, tell me.
Photographs belong to the people who own the rights to them. RAW ARCHIVE PHOTOS does not claim ownership of client uploads, and it does not publish client work without clear permission.

Client uploads
Uploading a photograph gives RAW ARCHIVE only the limited permission needed to receive, edit, store, and deliver that order. It does not transfer copyright or give RAW ARCHIVE a general licence to reuse the image.
The person placing the order is responsible for having the permission needed to upload and edit the files, including any permissions involving photographers, clients, models, locations, brands, or other rights-holders.
Portfolio and social-media use
A photograph stays private unless the rights-holder gives clear permission for portfolio or social-media use. A permission choice can be withdrawn by emailing rawarchivephotos@gmail.com. I will stop future use and remove a published image where reasonably possible, subject to lawful records or material already distributed.
Copyright notice or takedown request
If you believe an image, text, logo, or other material on this site infringes your rights, email rawarchivephotos@gmail.com with the URL, a description of the material, your contact details, a short explanation of your rights, and a statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Do not send private originals, payment details, or unnecessary personal information. I may temporarily hide or restrict access to disputed material while I review the request, contact the relevant uploader, and decide what correction, removal, attribution, or counter-notice is appropriate under the law that applies.
Material without permission
RAW ARCHIVE does not accept unlawful material, material that exploits or harms people, or photographs uploaded without the uploader having the right to request the work. If I discover a credible issue, I may pause the order, restrict access, remove the material, preserve limited evidence, and contact the relevant parties or authorities where legally required.
Questions
For a normal correction, permission withdrawal, or takedown request, email rawarchivephotos@gmail.com. I will acknowledge a complete request and handle it as promptly as the circumstances and applicable law allow.
Still unsure about something?
Ask before you upload. I would rather answer a small question than hide it in small print. This page is written in plain language and is not a substitute for advice about your particular legal or tax situation.
